shipping and delivery

We handle your crystals with care and therefore take an extra day to pack them properly. Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. For international shipping, a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days usually applies.

Our crystals are carefully hand-selected and ethically sourced, so you can receive the best quality with peace of mind.

We offer an open box option, which allows you to order multiple crystals and only pay shipping costs once. Would you like to use an open box? Feel free to contact us.

We are happy to help you find a specific gemstone. Is the gemstone you are looking for not in our webshop? Feel free to contact us, and we will look for it for you.

We ship our crystals worldwide! For orders outside the EU, we have to fill out a customs form, which may take some extra time. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you!

We put extra care and attention into photographing and filming each crystal and gemstone so that we can share their beauty with you as best as possible. Because each piece is unique, this sometimes takes a bit of time. Feel free to check back occasionally to see our latest additions!
